1. PAYMENT

 

Upon receipt of your enquiry, by fax, e-mail or telephone, we will, subject to availability, reserve the requested accommodation for the specified dates. Requested dates will be reserved, pending payment of deposit of, within the following week. The balance of any monies owed, must be received four (4) weeks before arrival date. Please note that no statements or reminders will be sent. If the balance is not received by due date, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and make the dates available to others. In which case money already received will be subject to a cancellation fee, and the balance refunded. Please see following paragraph for calculation of cancellation fee.

 

 

2. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

 

Should all or part of the booking be cancelled, or cancellation is enforced due to non-payment, the following percentage of the total amount is non-refundable:

 

6 weeks or more prior to arrival date

three days cancellation fees

4 weeks or less prior to arrival date

100%

 

 

3. MINIMUM STAY

 

For July and August 2 weeks minimum stay and for the remainder of the year one week.

 

 

4. MAID AND LINEN SERVICE

 

Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival.  A weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels is provided throughout your stay.  Beach/pool towels should be brought with you.

 

 

5. INSURANCE

 

You are advised to take out an insurance policy for holiday cancellations.  It is a condition of booking that personal injury and loss policy is to be taken out, since local insurance on the house will unfortunately not cover you.

 

 

6. TELEPHONE AND FAX

 

Telephones are available in your villa; fax and e-mail are available on request. 

 

 

7. NOISE

 

Although you would like you to feel at home please keep noise to a reasonable level as a gesture of respect your fellow guests.

 

 

8. VISITORS

 

The Villas and their facilities are strictly for the use and comfort of the residents.  Visitors may use the villas only at the prior permission of the owners.

 

 

9. DEPOSIT FOR BREAKAGES

 

A deposit for breakages is not a prerequisite.  However, should something be damaged during the clients stay at the relevant villa, the client will be held liable.  The client will then have the choice of either replacing the article personally at his own discretion, or pay for the damage (s) incurred.

 

 

10. GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE

 

The grounds need regular maintenance. All efforts will be made to keep the disturbance to guests to a minimum.

 

 

11. POOL SAFETY

 

The tenant is solely responsible for the safety of the bathers in its private pool.Their is no lifeguard on duty.

 

 

12. ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPPLY

 

These are  included in the rate of accommodation.

 

 

13. CANCELLATION BY US

 

If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel the client's booking, we shall offer the client the option of refunding the full amount paid to us for the property, or the option of giving us a chance of finding other accommodation.  Should we fail to find other accommodation we shall once again offer the client the option of a full refund.  The client will be liable for any cancellation charges for travel.
